VtCoin is a platform utility token. It holds no fiat value outside the VoiceOut ecosystem. VoiceOut reserves the right to adjust redemption rates and policies at any time.

3. User Conduct
Users must not post illegal, harmful, or spam content. We reserve the right to ban accounts or seize assets violating this rule.

4. Location Data
VoiceOut requires GPS access to function. We do not sell your real-time location to third parties.

5. Merchant & Redemption
Merchants are responsible for fulfilling redeemed coupons. VoiceOut acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between users and offline merchants.
